Communication will only be handled over text message. Please DO NOT call, phone calls will not be answered. General communication to the salon should be handled over Instagram direct message. All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to make a cancellation, 50% of your remaining service total will be owed if your cancellation is within 48hrs of your appointment, and 100% will be owed if your cancellation is the same day. The full service charge will also be owed if you don’t appear 10 minutes after the appointment time has passed. Unfortunately, due to the size of our suite we cannot accommodate additional people. There is convenient seating just outside the suite if anyone must accompany you to the appointment. All services are strictly non-refundable due to the labor and product cost needed to complete your service. However, if you are dissatisfied or notice an issue after your service, we are willing to provide complimentary courtesy adjustments up to 7 days after your appointment. Please reach out to your stylist directly for any adjustments needed. Booking color services as a new client requires a consultation prior to the appointment. Incorrectly booking this service as a new client WILL result in a cancellation. This is the only exception we will make to return your deposit if this mistake is made. When this cancellation is made we will reach out to help you correct the appointment. Card only for payments through gloss genius, cash tips accepted.
